Project specifications

The Einpark complex features a combination of extensive and intensive green roofs, which are located on the roofs of both buildings, underground garages, and technical facilities. The residential and office buildings have intensive green roofs, with the office building's roof being accessible to tenants to enjoy the stunning views of the city or attend a yoga class. Light-colored shades were used on the roof for their thermal reflectivity and to reduce thermal bridges, thereby improving the local microclimate. Einpark is also notable for having 12 beehives on the office building's roof, producing high-quality honey and promoting biodiversity. Einpark has become the 1st carbon-neutral office building in Slovakia, ranking among the top 1% of the most sustainable buildings in the world, which is evidenced by the LEED Platinum and LEED Zero Carbon certifications. Moreover, the green roofs, along with the rainwater retention system, capture 100% of the rainwater that falls on the property.
